Merry Christmas Eve eve! We're about to start the final week of 2017!
As I've mentioned before, a lot has happened this year. I am SO ready to see all the things that 2018 brings.
Around this time last year I wrote a post (which you can read here) about intention setting, and my goals for 2017.
It seems as though I've accomplished most of them!
-Complete certification by February 2017 ✔ (I was a bit late with this one, getting certified in April, but I still did it!
-Attend 5 births minimum
-After certification charge $700 ✔
-Start website and blog ✔
The only place I fell short was attending 5 births. I attended 3 births in 2017, but had many many meetings with potential clients. It was harder than I thought, but I'm still thankful for the 3 women who did hire me!
I'm glad that I'm still keeping some sort of schedule/journal/to-do list because I find it really does help with productivity. I've been using this one since September (thankfully it included the end of 2017 and all of 2018) and I love it! I definitely chose this one because it included stickers. Thanks Indigo!
I also want to give a shoutout to my friend from college, Kelsey, who runs the 'A Disney Obsession' blog. Her posts (and productivity skills) really inspire me! She's definitely the reason why I bought a planner. I love seeing other people set & reach goals too, and it's even better when you know the person and can follow their journey! If you're a fan of Disney, or just want to see an amazing blog, go check her out!
Now, without further ado, here we go!
-Complete 100+ classes at Barreworks (we have these big special boards with clients names on magnets and you a magnet when you reach 100 classes, as well as 200 and 300. Can't wait to go up on the board! I'm at 28 classes now)
-Attend 4 births
-Start some kind of something that helps people! (This one has been mulling around in my brain for a while. I know it's vague. But the gears are turning. Something is going to happen. What, I don't know yet. But it'll be awesome)
-Work with Amina; backup, creating something, etc.
I believe that is all for now, but who knows what unexpected things will come my way in 2018, just as they did this year! I'll be sure to keep you all updated :)
Tonight Mike and I are going to exchange Christmas gifts and eat pizza. Tomorrow I have work in the morning, then we're driving straight from there up to my mums house for Christmas!
I hope everyone has a wonderful Holiday season!
