Summers End

Anyone else feel like summer sort of just came and went without much notice? Where I live, in Ontario, it's been one of the rainiest summers I can remember! (I've gotten soaking wet walking to the subway from work on a couple occasions)
Don't get me wrong, we've had some nice, hot days here and there, but on the whole I feel it's been more like "summer? what? where?".

Today is the last day of August, and even though autumn technically doesn't start for another 22 days, it's basically the end of summer.
So this post is just a reflection on the summer that flew by.

-I sadly lost my grandfather, but got the chance to see a lot of family who lives far away
-Had two beach days with my beautiful friends (which is not enough beach days, but they were still fun!)
-Started working a great job at a Barre Studio, and working out lots there!
-Spent tons of time snuggling our new kitties
-Tried to get in as many walks to the park with Mike as possible
-Celebrated friends birthdays
-Continued with the ongoing task of growing this little business

I would say that all in all, it was a positive, yet elusive, season. How were all of your summers?!
